Brief information on the development
GuocoLand’s bid of $784.1 million ($1,205 psf per plot ratio) was accepted for the 99-year leasehold site at Lentor Central. Lentor Modern will be a mixed-use development with three 25-story towers containing 605 residential units, each with a double-volume sky terrace, in Lentor Hills Estate.
The site’s gross floor area (GFA) is 651,007 square feet. There will be 96,000 square feet of commercial, food and beverage, and retail space on the ground floor, as well as a supermarket and childcare facilities. The Lentor MRT station on the Thomson-East Coast Line will be linked to the project.
The development is close to nature reserves and parks like the 50-hectare Thomson Nature Park, Bishan Park, Upper Seletar, Lower Seletar, and Lower Peirce Reservoir Park. Hillock Park and Linear Park, both located near the Lentor Central development, will soon be available to residents.
For families with school-aged children, Anderson Primary School, CHIJ St Nicholas Girls’ School, Catholic High School, and Raffles Institution are among the established schools in the area.
